Delivery and shipping information

At check out you are able to choose from a range of shipping rates. We have a few options for you to choose from:

FREE UK PARCEL EXCLUDING HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND ON ORDERS OVER £50.00. ORDERS UNDER £50.00 ARE £4.50
Typically your order will dispatch from us within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) and will take 1-2 working days to reach you. Please note that at busy times parcels can take up to 5 working days for dispatch.

Should your order be urgent we suggest you contact us on 01740 645938 or email us. Online orders placed after 1pm are not usually processed until the following working day.

IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER £50.00 THE DELIVERY CHARGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DEDUCTED AT CHECKOUT SO PLEASE SELECT STANDARD UK DELIVERY. IF YOU SELECT REST OF THE WORLD THIS DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED TWICE AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE £4.50 IS PAID

NORTHERN IRELAND £12.00

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS AND ISLE OF MAN £12.00

The following postcodes and Islands are Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Outer Hebrides, Inner Hebrides, Orkney Isles, Shetland Islands

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30,PH31-41, PH49-50. Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Deliveries to Europe Typically will dispatch from us within 1-2 days and will take up to 10 days to reach you. Please note that at busy times dispatch can take up to 5 days.

EUROPE Zone 1and 2 Parcel £12

EUROPE Zone 3, Parcel £14

This rate applies to the following countries:

EUROPE Zone 4 Parcel £21

This rate applies to the following countries:

Estonia
Finland
Hungary
Poland
Portugal
Slovenia
Sweden

EUROPE Zone 5 Parcel £31

This rate applies to the following countries:

Bulgaria
Greece
Latvia
Lithuania
Romania

USA – Medium Parcel £40

We have a set rate of £40 for a medium parcel. Examples of items which will fit in a medium parcel are:

   a- 2 x pairs of boots
   b- 1 x heavyweight turnout or stable rug
   c-A saddle
If your parcel is going to be smaller than this, please select the USA – Small Parcel £20 . If it is going to be larger, please select the QUOTE option in the shopping basket and we will get you a more accurate price.

USA – Small Parcel £20

We have a set rate of £20 for a small parcel. Examples of items which will fit in a small parcel are:

   a-1 x pair of boots
   b-2 x outdoor riding coats
   c-5 x pairs of jodhpurs, shirts or sweaters

For larger items, please select the USA – Medium Parcel £40 (link) or select the QUOTE option in the shopping basket and we will get you a more accurate price.

REST OF THE WORLD -QUOTE ME

If you are ordering from outside of Europe or the USA, we will need to weigh and measure your parcel before we can get an accurate price. Then we will contact you once your parcel is ready to dispatch with the shipping price.

Are there any additional taxes / charges

We don't charge anything more than the price on our website, plus delivery.

If you are ordering from outside of the EU, your customs department may charge duty for the import of your parcel. We don't set the import duty prices for other countries, and can't affect them. It is usually a very small charge but if in any doubt, check with your Custom's department before you order.

How long does it take?

You need to allow 1-5 working days until dispatch, then 2-10 working days for overseas delivery.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress from there.

Can I return items?

If you are in the EU - You can return items from seven days from receipt at your expense. Exchanges have to be charged at our full shipping rate not the original subsidised one.

If you are not in the EU - We can not accept returns from outside of the EU due to problems getting items back through UK customs.

Please note it is your responsibility for payment of any import duties so please contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm if you are not sure.
