Hello are your boots lined for warmth in the foot and are they waterproof or just splash proof.iam a size 5 are they true to size please thank you

They are neoprene lined, water resistant so protect against splashes and HY are usually true to size.

Can you ride with these ?

HY would not recommend riding in these boots.
