The Kontakt 5 is engineered to give you total confidence in your upper body protection. It meets the latest and most comprehensive safety standards EN13158:2009 and BETA 2009 Standard Level 3.
Designed using gelfoam - a heat reactive material that uses body heat to improve the flexibility of the structure, allowing it to mould to the contours of the body during use. This maintains freedom of movement so your performance remains uncompromised.
A superior ventilation system combining lightweight, perforated gelfoam® with Coolmax® fabric allows maximum breathability to ensure exceptional comfort during extended periods of use.
A slim line appearance is achieved through tapered shoulders and rounded chest protection panels. The ergonomic design makes it easy to fit while the side panels can be secured at varying angles to accommodate differing body shapes.
For extra protection, we’ve designed the Kontakt 5 around the Charles Owen Collarbone Protection Tee for even higher levels of safety without compromising freedom of movement.
The durable cotton outer is removable and machine washable so you can keep your Kontakt 5 looking great even when you’re using it every day.
