The revolutionary Veredus Carbon Shield Over Reach Boots are a new over reach boot from Veredus which is designed for safe protection of the heel area. The Veredus Carbon Sheild Over Reach boots can be used effectively in every discipline along with all surfaces including grass, sand and mud. The particular anatomic shape of the Veredus Carbon Shield boots and there protective material guarantees a perfect fit on the horse’s heel to give total protection.
• Anatomic shape : The anatomically designed protection is in an elastic
material that adheres perfectly to the horse’s foot therefore eliminating
rotation of the over-reach boot itself.
• Extra-carbon protection on heel area : Areas at particular risk of injury
and bruising.
• Double point fastening : Carbon Shield has two straps to ensure
perfect fixing.
How the fixings work
It is initially positioned on the wall of the hoof with an elastic strap
featuring a quick release tip. Then the second fixing is positioned on the pastern by a Velcro strap on the neoprene which guarantees maximum comfort - avoiding problems of excoriation due to bruising.
• Quick-release tips : Tips in non-deformable FLEXTAN on stainless-steel
hooks enable extremely quick hooking and release, even with just one
hand. A constriction in the hooking holes ensures maximum fastening safety, preventing the possibility of accidental release during work or competition.
Advice regarding use: Hooves have many variables in size and shape. The product is not suitable for hooves with particularly low heels.
