Description

A dual purpose liniment with both heating and cooling effects. For use on swellings, aching joints and tight stiff muscles. Arnica and witch hazel help to reduce bruising while rosemary and spike lavender increase circulation.

Application

Dilute with warm or cold water for use as a cooling or soothing rinse.
Use neat as a soothing liniment on swollen or stiff muscles.
To use as a brace apply liniment and bandage loosely.
