Can you use this for riding and jumping is it comfortable wearing it.

This is designed to be low profile and comfortable to be worn for riding and jumping. It is not intended for cross-country riding as this product only protects the back and does not offer protection to ribs or against severe torsion, flexion, or extension or crushing of the body. It is one of our best selling body protectors for who prefer a lighter alternative to a  full body protector.
