UK Deliveries

Collect in Store (Free) - Our Store situated in Elwick TS27 3EL is open 7 days a week.  Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you via text or email to let you know. 

UK Standard Delivery £4.50 – (FREE on purchases over £45.00) - We aim to have your parcel to you within 1-5 working days (Mon - Fri).  If you live in Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland delivery may take 1-2 days longer. 

UK Express Delivery £7.50 – (£4.50 on purchases over £45.00) We provide a 24hr express service on many items if order is placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.  Items and quantity available for Express Delivery are identified to you on the relevant product pages along with basket and checkout pages.  We will dispatch your parcel on a 24hr next business day service (Mon - Fri) using courier or Royal Mail.  Some Highlands and Islands areas only allow for a 48hr service.

Part Ship – We provide a Part Ship option at checkout should your basket contain both items available for Express Delivery and other items only available for Standard Delivery.  If you choose the Part Ship option we will dispatch available Express Items on a next business day express service and follow on with other items on our UK Standard Delivery.

Long or Bulky Item Charge, UK Deliveries – Long or Bulky items are identified to you as Bulky on product, basket and checkout pages.  These are outside of standard parcel network dimension limits so incur an additional charge of £4.50.  Maximum of one bulky item charge is applied per order.

Europe Zone 1 £6.00 - Belgium, Holland (The Netherlands), Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Monaco

Europe Zone 2 £9.50 - Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira), Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden

Europe Zone 3 £13.50 - Republic of Ireland, Andorra, Channel Islands (Guernsey + Jersey), Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland

Europe Zone  4 £16.50 - Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Gibraltar

Rest of the World - Quote Me

We aim to offer the best possible service along with rates for delivery to anywhere in the world.  If your address at checkout is outside of Europe you will see the Rest of the World – Quote Me option for £4.50.  Once your order has been received and is ready to ship we will weigh and measure your parcel and search for the best possible price, then email a PayPal invoice for the remaining delivery cost.  

Should you wish to have a cost before placing your order please contact us via email with a list of the items you would like and your address.

Deliveries outside of EU - Any applicable UK Vat is removed from your order totals at checkout.

We will always attempt to keep the size/volume and delivery cost of your parcel to a minimum, as well as not sacrificing the protection of items in transit.
