Safe Care Equine

Founded in Ayrshire, Scotland in 2010, Safe Care Equine® is a family-run business. Their mission is to provide a range of natural, plant-based horse care and grooming products that do a remarkable job without the use of any harsh chemicals. Here’s the Safe Care Equine® story, “We are family of horse lovers and horse owners so we have first-hand experience of how hard it can be to find natural products for care for your trusty steed.

We started our business in 2010 and have been building a loyal customer base ever since. We want our brand to stand for quality, reliability and above all, results and we’re committed to providing our customers with a top-notch service at affordable prices – proving that being green doesn’t have to cost the earth. With a growing number of people moving away from using chemicals, whether in the home, on themselves or on their animals, we’ve seen first-hand the benefits of taking a more natural and holistic approach.

We’re based on a 200 acre farm in rural Ayrshire in Scotland where as well as manufacturing our unique products we have our own menagerie of horses, donkeys, a dog, a growing brood of rescued battery hens, not to mention our latest addition of two very noisy geese!”

The range covers many areas of grooming and horse care, manufacturing products such as shampoos and fly sprays, as well as stable and rug cleaners.  Safe Care Equine® is continually expanding, innovating to create new products every year.
