Collection only
Feed and Bedding and some large items are only available for purchase at our Elwick retail store here, or you can alternatively place your feed and bedding order on our website and collect from our Elwick store. Our Feed and bedding products can be found here. If the feed or bedding product you want is not listed on our website please get in touch and we will try to order it in for you and add it on to our next delivery from our supplier.
You can select the "Collect In Store" delivery option at checkout which is free of charge and we will notify you when your feed and bedding is ready to collect from our Elwick retail store.

Stock availability
We do not always stock in store every Horse feed and bedding product that we list on the website. If the product displays the "In Store Now" status message when you view the product page, the product is, at that time, available at our Elwick store. If the status message is "Ready to order" it means that once you place your order with us, we will add your required feed and bedding on to our next available delivery from our suppliers and contact you when ready, this usually takes 2-3 days.
If you order a feed or bedding product on the website that we do not have locally in store at that time, we will add the product/s to our next available delivery from our suppliers. Our feed and bedding deliveries arrive with us every Monday and Thursday. We must place our feed and bedding order with our supplier no later than 10am on Fridays (for our Monday delivery) and 10am Wednesday (for our Thursday delivery). If we miss this cut off your products will be added to the next order from supplier. For example, if you place an order for a feed or bedding product on Tuesday that we do have currently have in store, we will add your product to our feed order with our supplier that we place at 10am on Wednesday, which will be delivered to us sometime on Thursday.

Collections
When your feed and bedding products are ready to collect, we will notify you via email, phone call or text. The deliveries on Monday's and Thursday's from suppliers can arrive at any time of the day, please allow us time to receive the stock and prepare the orders. We will contact you regarding your collection as soon as possible. When you arrive at our store to collect your order please have the order number and name order was placed under ready. You will receive you order number when placing you order online or over the telephone.
