Designed for lighter coloured horses or those with pink muzzles that are prone to sunburn but may not need the full protection of the Field Relief Max Fly Mask such as in the spring or autumn. The Muzzle Protector is made from durable mesh which screens over 70% of the sun’s UV rays and unlike sun cream, the horse can’t rub it away giving you peace of mind that he is protected.
Long-lasting and easy to wash, the Muzzle Protector comes in a variety of sizes and is comfortable for the horse to wear thanks to soft padding around the noseband. Suitable to be attached to any field safe head collar. We have always recommended that horse owners use the Muzzle Protector with a field-safe head collar.
