The new Racesafe MotionAir is a low-profile air jacket designed to attach to the Motion3 body protector* to offer hybrid protection. Designed in partnership with Helite, experts in airbag technology.
How do I attach the MotionAir to my Motion3 body protector?
There are three anchor points used to attach the MotionAir to the Motion3, an anchor key behind the trigger and on both shoulders. It's important to connect them properly so watch our video to see how.
Can I take Motion3 & MotionAir on and off as one?
Once the MotionAir is attached to the Motion3 body protector using three anchor points they can be take on and off as one.
Can the MotionAir be worn alone?
We recommend the MotionAir is always worn with the Motion3 body protector. We cannot guarantee the speed of inflation when worn without the Motion3, and for the air jacket to not move, twist or turn on triggering, altering the area of protection.
What canisters do I need for my MotionAir?
50cc - Young Rider 1
60cc - Young Rider 2, Adult 1, Adult 2
Is there a minimum weight to wear a MotionAir?
Riders must weigh more than 35 kg to wear the MotionAir.
What certification do Motion3 and MotionAir have?
