Lister® developed their first electric shearing machine in 1909. Then, in 1950, due to their pioneering engineering, Lister® was awarded a Royal Warrant by HM King George VI as manufacturers of animal care products – the award has been continually held over the years, and is now awarded by HM Queen Elizabeth II.
