As we all know, buckets have countless uses around the yard and in the stable. Some of these uses include feeding your horse, providing water for the stable and field, mucking out, cleaning wounds, bathing your horse, washing boots, and much, much more!

We advise cleaning buckets used in the stable every day, and field water buckets at least once or twice a week. The best way to clean your buckets is to:

• Scrub with a tough-bristled brush, to lift and loosen accumulated dirt.
• Rinse the bucket with clean water.
• Use washing-up liquid or other food-safe, non-toxic, mild soap to clean.
• Rinse again.
