Baileys Horse Feed and Treats

A family run company, Baileys Horse Feeds® was established in 1982.

Baileys’ team is a collective of horse owners, each of whom who share in and understand that passion we all have for horses.

In their pursuit of excellence in equine nutrition, Baileys Horse Feeds® utilise developments in scientific research to enhance the quality of their products. Baileys Horse Feeds® manufacture to a strict code of safety. Using ‘drug free’ premises that are accredited to the Universal Feed Assurance Scheme (UFAS), manufacturing conditions at Baileys Horse Feeds® are carefully controlled by EU and UK legislation. As well as this, Baileys feeds are continually monitored for the presence of specified naturally occurring prohibited substances (NOPS) as defined by the FEI, meaning you can rest assured that you’re providing your horse with safe, high quality feed.

The nature of their holistic approach to developments in horse feed has led to Baileys keeping ingredients consistent. That means ingredients added to Baileys’ feeds will not be changed, despite fluctuations in the price of each feed’s constituents. Baileys Horse Feeds® ingredient sourcing is also environmentally friendly. Whilst some ingredients in horse feed are by-products of human food processes, they are not actually waste – Baileys rigorously test their ingredients to ensure the pesticide levels are well below the stringent minimum levels for both animal and human consumption.
